About CAAS Coaching

Breaking Strongholds.

Rebuilding Families..

If you are looking for a quick fix, CAAS is not for you.

If you are ready to face the truth, take responsibility, and do the work required to change your life permanently, then this is where you belong.

Empowering individuals build a life they never have to recover from again.

Certified Addiction & Aftercare Services, known as CAAS Coaching, is a specialized division of Nine Seconds Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. CAAS was founded with one mission: to stop the revolving door of addiction, incarceration, and broken families by delivering real solutions that last.

Unlike traditional rehab programs that focus heavily on short-term sobriety, CAAS Coaching equips individuals and families with the tools to stay sober, repair relationships, and build lives they don’t have to recover from again.

Our Founder

CAAS Coaching was founded by Dr. Marci Batiste, a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, Behavioral Health Specialist, and Executive Director of Nine Seconds Corporation. She is a best-selling author and acclaimed speaker with over 30 years of leadership experience and more than a decade of direct work in behavioral health focusing on preventing abuse before it starts and healing generational trauma.

Dr. Marci brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role as Head Coach here at CAAS

.

Her no-nonsense approach balances accountability with compassion.

She is compassionate but firm and personal accountability is non-negotiable.

The standards are high because she believes your life, your relationships, and your future are worth it.

The real question is, what do YOU BELIEVE?

men's mental wellness

Our Commitment to Men

At CAAS Coaching, we believe that when men heal, families and communities heal. Men face higher rates of substance use and incarceration than women, yet often lack the safe, structured support they need. We provide trauma-informed, accountability-driven coaching that addresses men’s unique emotional and mental wellness needs, helping them prevent relapse, repair relationships, and rebuild stable futures.

Men are nearly twice as likely as women to struggle with substance use disorders (11.5% of men vs. 6.4% of women, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse).

Men are also more likely to use illicit drugs and alcohol heavily, which contributes directly to higher rates of incarceration, domestic violence, and overall family breakdown.

At CAAS Coaching, our commitment is clear: we are here for men when they need us most. No judgment, no false promises, just real strategies, accountability, and support to help them step into the best version of themselves.

Together, CAAS Coaching and The Silent Sons Initiative™ work to dismantle destructive cycles from both ends: helping men in recovery rebuild their lives while preparing the next generation to avoid the same traps.
